Plasmid includes promoter region identified in Rhodococcus RHA1.This promoter region is responsible for flocculation in Rhodococcus as a stress response. The insert also includes mFRP part BBa_E1010, a ref fluorescent protein with increased transcription due to the promoter sequence. The insert includes the promoter region, prm A, identified in Rhodococcus RHA1
